The Club is a dynamic wellness space at the heart of a business community, representing a partnership between LVL, a network of local wellbeing providers and a corporate sponsor. It is a revenue generative amenity and equally benefits all partners involved.

The Club - breaks all of the old rules, starting with the fundamentals of finance. Working with a large corporate or an institutional landlord as a space partner, the entire model is built on a zero rent model, with the incentive being a profit share mechanism - one that returns the Capex to the partner in a rapid period of time. Likewise for providers, they don’t need to pay a fixed rent to deliver services - they get a percentage of what is made in the space - encouraging all parties to work together to help the space thrive.

Designed to scale

From the core, the design of ‘The Club’ model ensures that no space is designed for just 1 function or purpose. With a need to support hundreds of wellbeing formats, the ‘Space Grid’ allows every Club to digitally plan and incorporate all wellbeing formats into their space. The flexible nature of the grid ensures that regardless of the room size or formation - each format can be instantly integrated.

Each space uses mobile equipment and intelligent light and sound systems, help to create the right environment for each of the formats. This allows each Club to continiously adapt itself based on the needs, trends and changes of the local community around it. The simple plug and play model allows any provider to come into a space and make it their own - just as if it were their own studio, practice or room.

Backed by data

Every space is powered by the LVL platform, which aggregates data from its streaming and marketplace platform to understand what are the most popular things in the surrounding area. These data insights not only show what people are doing, but they reveal what people are curious to explore and where an in-person experience may enable someone to try something new.
