Geographically smart

The rapid scale roadmap for new clubs is based on a smart data initiative, which is powered by CBRE, LVL and a number of other partners. Using employee and customer density data, specific areas and neighbourhoods within cities can be identified as accessible to a minimum viable population.

This helps focus resources and effort in a specific geography, but the allows us to draw a web of connected smaller spaces within a city that can feed off from the key Club as a local hub.

Digitally enabled

The Club format has been designed in 3 scaled formats, which can work in secure areas of buildings as well as publicly available spaces. The digital connectivity between these spaces is what brings all of them to life - especially for global organisations who want to share and beam content to all staff and customers across the world.

Dedicated streaming and production spaces in all Club formats means that content and sessions in one space can be made available in real-time to any other space in the world. With a huge drive in demand for production facilities, these spaces can help produce world-class content at anytime.

Global sourcing hub

The locally focused nature of each Club means that they are able to attract the best talent in each area. Whilst the data from the global platform provides real insights into trends and best practices, local teams can scout and showcase local partners who they think will be a hit on a global stage. Jed - pictured above - has become a global sensation, based out of Dubai, he’s got people to Zumba from CEOs in the US, to front-line staff in Nigeria.

The platform scales fast, with the world’s best talent resulting in all members being able to benefit from partners from around the world.
